14. Find a personal accountant

So, I always thought it was kind of silly to be on the lookout for a personal accountant due to my significant lack of funds. But I just didn’t know what to DO. However, in the time since I created this list, Wesabe has fallen by the wayside, making room for a new, more powerful web-based program called Mint.com.

It’s a pretty powerful site/program, and I’ve been using it on and off for the past year or so. I’m now thinking that this program, combined with Toby’s guidance, will be sufficient enough for a personal accountant. So I’m declaring this goal completed!

I go into work on the weekend once a month, if that. It feels great, and I feel like I’m finally getting the hang of my classroom. I’m declaring this one completed!

23. Start an art program

Well, it’s not the grand school-wide scheme I dreamed of, but all last school year and so far in this school year, I’ve included 30-60 minutes of art in our weekly schedule. That’s on top of any math- or literacy-related art we complete. I declare this completed!

Went, gave it the good Spartan try, just didn’t connect the same way. I’m totally up for trying again, and also interested in other parishes, but I’m calling this one done.
